How can I return an item for a refund?

You have the right according to § 11 FAGG, within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons, calculated from the conclusion of the contract, to withdraw from this distance contract. The declaration of withdrawal can be made informally or by using the withdrawal form below. It shall be deemed to have been made in good time if it is sent within the deadline to info@quismo.com or to quismo GmbH, Sternaeckerweg 83a, 8041 Graz, Austria.

Please ship the item(s) securely packaged. If the item(s) are damaged in transit due to improper packaging, we cannot issue a refund. Return shipping is at your own expense.

The return shipment must contain a note with your name, address and order number, otherwise we cannot assign the shipment.

Please send your shipment immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the cancellation of this contract to:

In case of an effective cancellation, all payments we have received from you will be refunded immediately. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided us with proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
